2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All prints are made to order and produced on demand by our professional printing partners. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity, and to limit quantities at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

3. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely at checkout through the payment providers available on this site. Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed.

4. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Because every print is made to order, changes, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, images, and content on this site are the property of Adolfo Muro and are protected by copyright. The purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical product only and does not transfer any reproduction, distribution, or commercial usage rights of the underlying image. No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products (such as Lightroom preset packs) are licensed for personal use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or included in other products or services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
