MADE-TO-ORDER PRINTS

Every print is produced on demand. As soon as you place your order, it is automatically sent to our printing partner for production. For this reason, changes, cancellations, and returns are not possible once an order has been placed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we've got you covered. Email us at info@adolfomuro.com within 14 days of delivery, including detailed proof (photos or videos of the item and its packaging), and we will offer you two options:

- A full refund, or
- A replacement print, sent free of charge with priority shipping.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads (such as preset packs) are delivered immediately after purchase and are therefore non-refundable.
